| Here at Pawley Farm, we believe
in doing things the old fashioned way. All our cider is produced
on the farm using our own apples and a traditional kentish recipe
that has been handed down through the family.
The cider is unpasteurised and brewed in solid
oak casks for between 18 months and two years. Pawley Farm cider
is approximately 8% ABV and comes in Dry, Medium and Sweet varieties.
We also produce a mulled cider which is approximately
6% ABV and can be served warm.
In addition to cider, we make our own fresh apple
juice, using apples from the orchards at Pawley Farm. The juice
is lightly pasteurised, with Vitamin C. Pawley Farm Apple Juice
has no added sugar, making it a healthy, natural drink for children.
We offer several different varieties of juice, so there is bound
to be something to suit all tastes.
