Hello, my name is Lisa Robertson.

I've had more than 20 years experience in the catering industry having started back in the eighties working in a Mitchelin Star Resturant in Spain. There I gained first hand knowledge and expertise in customer care and quality service, serving people from the UK and all over Europe. I also met my husband, Philip who also worked abroad as a chef.

Coming back to the UK in 1994, we continued to pursue our passion for food. We started a catering business and built a sound reputation for good wholesome food - especially the spit roasting of meat and poultry.

All my staff are vetted and trained by me, so that right from the onset of joining the business, they are fully aware of quality and commitment.
