After being asked many times do you also offer Vegan and Vegetarian catering in Kent, we have been devoting much of our recipe production hours. We are currently working on a full range of vegetarian and vegan canapes, starters, main courses and sweet treats for our clients.
Last week we were tasked with creating a sumptous 10 canapes menu for one of our London Nightclubs which we often work with. They provide the cocktails and we provide the canapes!! We were asked for both 10 vegetarian canapes and 8 meat or fish canapes that the other guests could enjoy.
We came up with the following:
- Goats Cheese Truffles with 4 Coatings
- Tortilla de Patatas with Pimenton and Piquillo Peppers
- Roasted Eggplant Caviar on Golden Potato Blinis with Red Pepper Caviar
- Empanaditas, goats cheese and spinach
- Falafal and humus
- Tapenade and Yoghurt flat breads
- Beetroot cured Gravlax, crème fraiche, baby capers blini
- Medjool Dates stuffed with goats cheese and balsamic glaze
- Pea, mint and shallot tortilla with herb oil
- Spoons of Vegetarian Paella
- Chicken and chorizo Spoons of Paella
- Chorizo Bunuelos with Romesco Sauce
- Fried Mussel Brochettes with Green Mojo
- Empanaditas, Spiced Lamb
- Roasted Figs, Stuffed with Cheese and wrapped in Jamon
- Buckwheat Blini with Seafood tartar and Piquillo Pepper
- Shrimp and Avocado Salsa topped with Prawn on Tostada
