QUIZ NIGHT Whitstable - Saturday, March 24th.
St Peter's Church House in Cromwell Road. 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
In aid of www.trustsulha.org.uk Peace Through Education - educating Afghan refugee children in Quetta, Pakistan.
Trust Sulha was founded by Whitstable writer Marnie Summerfield Smith following her trip to Pakistan in 2002.
Tickets are £7 to include lots of yummy food, but please bring your own drink.
There are eight people to a table, come in any numbers you wish.
Marnie says, "This is going to be a fun night with prizes, a raffle and plenty more. We are raising money to sponsor Tina Jones who is running the London Marathon for Trust Sulha in April. We are hopeful that this event will nudge us into the bracket of having raised £5,000 this year, which means we can apply for Charity Commission status. Please support us and if you can't come on the 24th, do visit www.trustsulha.org.uk and join our mailing list for news of our schools and more events. We have a new donate now button on our site and just £2 given this way will educate an Afghan girl or boy for a whole month.
Thank you and see you Saturday!
